Information on Packaging: Foam sheets are sold individually and may be vacuum packed, rolled, or compressed in your package. Upon receiving the package, it is essential to open it promptly to maintain the foam's original size and shape. It is recommended not to keep the package unopened for more than a week, as the foam could deform. It is advisable to avoid using a box cutter when opening the package; instead, use a pen or a pencil. Make a small incision and proceed to break the seal.

Before returning an item, please contact us. A 50% restocking fee may be applicable for all returned items. Our foam products are proudly manufactured in the USA. We offer a variety of foam types, such as waterproof, extra firm, medium firm, high density, low density, gel memory foam, memory foam, and organic foam. Our foam is designed to last for 7-10 years.

We are able to customize the foam to any size or shape, including square, star, round, hexagon, rectangular, triangle, oval, heart, octagon, trapezoid, and more. This foam is suitable for use with oval and round poker tables, furniture cushions, boat cushions, car cushions, foam mattresses, bedding support, and various other residential and commercial upholstery applications.

Our foam is CertiPUR-US Certified, ensuring it is made without ozone-depleting substances, mercury, lead, and other heavy metals. It is also free of phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission, with low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million). Please allow up to 72 hours for the foam to fully expand to its original shape after unpacking.
