We can cut the foam to any size and shape you desire, whether it is square, star, round, hexagon, rectangular, triangle, oval, heart, octagon, trapezoid, or any other shape. Our foam is ideal for use in oval and round poker tables, furniture cushions, boat cushions, car cushions, foam mattresses, bedding support, and various other home and commercial upholstery applications.

Our foam is CertiPUR-US Certified, which means it is made without ozone depleting substances, mercury, lead, and other heavy metals. Additionally, it is made without phthalates that are regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Our foam also has low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions, with less than 0.5 parts per million, ensuring good indoor air quality.

When you receive your foam, please take note that it may be vacuum packed, rolled, or compressed for packaging. It is important to open the package immediately to allow the foam to regain its original size and shape. Avoid leaving the package unopened for longer than a week, as the foam may lose its form. Please allow up to 72 hours for the foam to fully expand and return to its original shape. To open the package, use a pen or pencil instead of a box cutter, starting with a small incision and breaking the seal from there.
