Upon receipt, please open the package immediately to prevent the foam from losing its original size and shape. It is not recommended to leave the package unopened for more than a week, as this may cause the foam to deform. When opening the package, always use a ballpoint pen or pencil instead of a box cutter. Begin with a small incision and then carefully break the seal. If you need to return an item, please contact us first. A 50% restocking fee may apply to all returns.
