Your Foamma mattress replacement will be delivered compressed and rolled in a box. It is essential to open the package immediately upon receipt to allow the foam to expand to its original size and shape. Waiting longer than a week to open the package may result in the foam losing its shape. It is recommended to use a ballpoint pen or pencil, rather than a box cutter, to open the package to prevent damage to the foam.

Please note that the cover is not included with the foam mattress replacement. If you need to return an item, please contact us beforehand, as a 50% restocking fee may apply. Items must be returned in their original condition to avoid a 99% restocking fee for damage, missing parts, or signs of use not caused by us.
