Before placing your order, be sure to consider the height of your bed frame, foundation, or adjustable bed base in addition to the mattress height to determine the total height of your sleep system.

Upon delivery, your Foamma mattress replacement will be compressed and rolled up in a box. It is important to open the package immediately to allow the foam to expand to its original size and shape. Avoid keeping the package unopened for more than a week to prevent the foam from losing its shape. When opening the package, use a ballpoint pen or pencil instead of a box cutter. Make a small incision and open the seal from there, being cautious not to damage the foam.

Please note that the cover is not included with your mattress replacement. If you need to return an item, contact us beforehand as there may be a 50% restocking fee for all returned products. Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in their original condition, or show signs of use not caused by us may incur a 99% restocking fee.
