When placing your order, make sure to consider the height of your bed frame, foundation, or adjustable bed base in addition to the height of your mattress to determine the total height of your sleep system. Your Foamma mattress replacement will be delivered to you compressed and rolled in a box. It is important to open the package immediately upon arrival to ensure that the foam maintains its original size and shape. Do not leave the package unopened for more than a week, as this could cause the foam to lose its shape. When opening the package, use a ballpoint pen or pencil instead of a box cutter. Begin with a small incision and carefully break the seal from there. Please note that a cover is not included.

In the event that you need to return an item, be sure to contact us first as a 50% restocking fee may apply to all returned items. Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in their original condition, or show signs of use for reasons beyond our control may result in a 99% restocking fee.
