Packaging Information: Our foam is sold by the sheet and may arrive vacuum packed, rolled, or compressed in your package. It is important to open the package immediately upon receipt to prevent the foam from losing its original size and shape. If left unopened for more than a week, the foam may not retain its form. When opening the package, it is recommended to use a ballpoint pen or pencil instead of a box cutter. Make a small incision and then break the seal from there. Please reach out to us before returning any items, as a 50% restocking fee may be applied. Our foam is proudly manufactured in the USA.

We offer a variety of foam types, including waterproof, extra firm, medium firm, high density, low density, gel memory foam, memory foam, and organic foam. Our foam is designed to last for 7-10 years and has a high density with a 44 lb. compression rate. We have the capability to custom cut foam into various shapes such as square, star, round, hexagon, rectangular, triangle, oval, heart, octagon, trapezoid, and more. Our foam is suitable for use in oval and round poker tables, furniture cushions, boat cushions, car cushions, foam mattresses, bedding support, and various other home and commercial upholstery applications.

We are pleased to announce that our foam is CertiPUR-US Certified, meaning it is free of ozone-depleting substances, mercury, lead, and other heavy metals. It also does not contain phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission and has low VOC emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million). Please allow up to 72 hours for the foam to fully expand and regain its original shape after unpacking. Remember to use a pen or pencil for opening the package and start with a small incision.
