Upon receiving your package, be sure to open it right away to ensure that the foam maintains its original size and shape. Do not leave the package unopened for more than a week as this could result in the foam losing its form. When opening the package, avoid using a box cutter and instead opt for a ballpoint pen or pencil to make a small incision and break the seal from there. Kindly reach out to us before returning any items, as a 50% restocking fee may apply.
