Our polyurethane foams are available in both high density (1.8/44lb) and medium density (1.8/36lb) options, perfect for various applications such as poker tables, furniture cushions, car seats, mattresses, bedding support, and more both in homes and commercial settings. We offer pre-cut foams in thicknesses of 1”, 2”, 3”, 4”, 5”, and 6” with dimensions ranging from 18x18 to 36x96. Custom cuts of 7” and 8” thick foams are also available upon request.

Packaging Info: Each foam sheet is sold individually and may be vacuum packed, rolled, or compressed for delivery. It is important to open the package immediately upon receipt to allow the foam to expand to its original size and shape. Delayed opening for more than a week may cause the foam to lose its intended form. Please allow up to 72 hours for the foam to fully expand. Use a pen or pencil to carefully open the package, avoiding the use of sharp objects like box cutters.

Returns: Prior to returning any items, please contact us as a 50% restocking fee may apply for all returns. Damaged, incomplete, or used items not in original condition may be subject to a 99% restocking fee.
