Upon receiving the package, please open it immediately to ensure the foam maintains its original size and shape. It is advised not to keep the package unopened for more than a week, as the foam may lose its form. When opening, use a ballpoint pen or pencil rather than a box cutter. Begin with a small incision and proceed from there. Please contact us before returning any items, as a 50% restocking fee may apply.
