Our custom-cut foam is long-lasting and ideal for high-traffic areas. With a 1.8-density and compression rate of 44 pounds, our foam provides affordable comfort with just the right amount of softness and support.

Whether you need thick or thin foam material, we’ve got you covered with our custom cuts and wide variety. Make sure to measure your cover’s length, width, and height from seam to seam and order once after measuring twice! If you need assistance determining the correct size, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Our foam is perfect for couch cushion filling, outdoor cushion inserts, chairs, pillows, ottomans, stools, DIY headboards, RVs, campers, boats, car seats, golf cart seats, workout benches, cots, and window seats. For fragile items transportation, place a foam sheet in a carry case for added cushioning to prevent breakage.

Your package may arrive vacuum-packed, rolled, or compressed. Upon receiving your cushion and upholstery foam, use a pen or pencil to make a small incision and break the seal. Do not use a box cutter. The foam should fully expand within 72 hours.

Our upholstery foam package includes 5 pieces of 1" x 20" x 20" high density foam with a 1.8 density and a 44 lb. compression rate, providing firm support. If you don’t see the size you need, contact us for a custom cut in various shapes like square, star, round, hexagon, rectangular, triangle, oval, heart, octagon, trapezoid, and more. Our foam is ideal for use in poker tables, furniture cushions, boat cushions, car cushions, mattresses, bedding support, and other upholstery applications.

Certified by CertiPUR-US, our foam is made without ozone-depleting substances, heavy metals, phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission, and has low VOC emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million).

Packaging Info

All foam is sold per sheet, and your package may come vacuum-packed, rolled, or compressed. Open the package immediately upon receipt to ensure the foam retains its original shape. If left unopened for longer than a week, the foam may lose its shape. Allow up to 72 hours for the foam to fully expand. When opening, use a pen or a pencil, not a box cutter, and start with a small incision to break the seal.
